    Next Working Day Delivery: £5.99 (Next Working Day - Order before 3pm from Monday to Friday)

  • USA Tracked Standard Delivery: Free for orders over £80 or £9.99 (8-12 Working days)

    USA Express Tracked Delivery: £30/$40 (3 - 5 Working Days)

  • Europe Tracked Standard Delivery: Free for orders over £80 or £9.99 (7 - 10 Working days)

    Europe Tracked Express Delivery: £30 (3 - 5 Working Days)

  • Rest of the World Tracked Standard Delivery: Free for orders over £80 or £9.99 (10 - 15 Working Days)

    Rest of the World Tracked Express Delivery: £30 (5 - 7 Working Days)

  • Your order might incur additional import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your country’s customs regulations and are typically the recipient's responsibility. Please note that Render Pause does not cover these fees, so any customs charges will be at your own expense.

  • Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO boxes/Lockers and your order may be cancelled if the address is to a PO box.

Returns

  • To make your holiday shopping stress-free, all orders placed from 1st December to 1st January will have an extended return period until 31st January.

    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, and the standard returns process applies. Orders placed outside of these dates follow our usual 30-day return policy.

  • We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return unworn, unused items within 30 days of delivery, in their original packaging, for a refund.

    Please note that currently we do not cover the shipping costs for returns. You are responsible for your own return process and any fees that might incur during the process.

    Please ensure to return your package to us using a fully trackable delivery service so we can ensure that it reaches us safely. Please also keep your proof of postage safe, just in case.

    *Goods remain the responsibility of the customer until we receive them back. We cannot accept any responsibility for loss of items in the post.

    *Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    *Gift cards are not refundable

    *Items declined due to customs/duties or returned by the customer are not eligible for a refund on duties. Customers must reclaim these charges from their local customs/postal authority.

  • Please allow up to 7 working days after the refund has been processed for the refund to be credited to your account. This is down to your bank or card issuer and is out of our control. Refunds will be credited to you via the original method of payment.

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please send us an email at hello@render-pause.com within 7 working days of receiving your order and someone from the team will take care of it for you.

  • Goods remain the responsibility of the customer until we receive them back. We cannot accept any responsibility for loss of items in the post, so please keep your proof of postage safe, just in case.
